I used frozen blueberries, black berries, strawberries, banananananas, spinach, dates, flax meal, ginger root, and @florahealthy beet crystals. It's #SuperfoodSunday (ok, I just made that up😆 but I couldn't say #MeatlessMonday so I had to think of an alternative to these superfood filled balls). Just because I eat meat 🚫doesn't mean I can't not eat meat...you feel me?😎 Shoutout to all my vegan followers (and non vegans alike!) cuz these ballz are bomb! . I used 2 of @florahealthy's powders and of course @explorecuisine's bean noodles plus my own #zoodles for the pasta.🍝 Add a little tomato sauce (or marinara sauce of choice) and you've got one nutritious meal! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. Still trying to get over this flu😔, but you guys are the best at keeping me motivated....sick or not, this week is filled with surprises, giveaways, and a few other things I can't wait to share!🙊 . . "Meat" Ball Ingredients: 1, 15 oz can black beans 1, 15 oz can kidney beans 2 scoops @florahealthy's Green Blend 1 Tbsp @florahealthy's Beet Crystals 1/2 cup raw almonds 1/3 cup diced onion 3 Tbsp tomato paste or ketchup 1 Tbsp mustard . Drain and rinse beans and process everything in a food processor until it sticks together and form into balls. . . . . .
